Accordingly, 11 Crossings promotes engagement with medical device manufacturers that comply with the AMFORI Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI). BSCI is based on a code of conduct with 13 audited performance areas which companies can adopt to demonstrate commitment to international labour standards as set out in the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Forteflex nitrile glove products are manufactured in facilities that have an “A” rating with Amfori, which is the highest score in the rating scale. Accordingly, Forteflex users can have total confidence that the gloves they are using were made by workers receiving fair remuneration, without discrimination, and with no child labor or forced labor practices.
